I went to Sinulog in Kabankalan last week. I was desperate to bring cosplay in there. However, I failed to invite some pips.My resolve: face painting myself ala Kiba Inuzuka.
Venturing the festival grounds however, I encountered Akatsuki people putting charcoal on people's faces. What fun!
This might be one of those robes used by the Akatsuki Cosplayers way back Electric Masskara 2008. Haha.
